By purchasing from Habibti Baby, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order with us.

 

Mystery capsule products

All products on our mystery capsule list have been curated with care and thought and are meant to give a client the surprise fun experience. By purchasing from us you agree and acknowledge the following:

  • Items in your box have been selected at random by category through our scoop and capsule system.
  • Specific items, brands, colours and styles or themes cannot be requested or guaranteed.
  • Product selection may vary based on inventory or availability.

If there is a certain item on our list that you really do not want included, you may leave this request in the comments section at checkout, we will then review your request when selecting your items and packing your box, but we do not guarantee this will be permitted as it defeats the purpose of the Mystery scoop experience.

The following is deemed acceptable reasons for exclusion of products:

  • Allergen products that affect known allergies
  • Request for baby only related products (no Mama products)
  • Previously received items from an order placed from Habibti Baby only

 

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of Mystery capsule scoops, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept return for:

  • Dissatisfaction or buyer's remorse
  • Style, brand or colour preference
  • Expectations of specific items
  • Misunderstanding of the mystery scoop concept

 

Intended use Disclaimer

Mystery scoops are similar to a welcome or discovery box and are meant to help parents explore products, provide a fun way of receiving Mama & baby essentials, or take the trouble out of figuring out a gift or a new or soon-to-be mama. 

 

Product Photography & Descriptions

Product photos and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee specific items, each box of mystery scoop items is unique, no two will be alike.

 

TikTok & Media Add-ons/ free video recording of your scoop

If a customer/client selects the free 'record my scoop and packing selection' option, they grant Habibti Baby permission to film and post content related to their order.

  • No personal information will be shared
  • Posting dates and engagement are not guaranteed
  • Videos are posted at our discretion
  • No exchange will be permitted once you receive your video, as you acknowledge that your video will only be sent to you once your package is already out to be delivered to you.

 

Limitation of liability 

Habibiti Baby is not responsible for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Individual reactions or sensitivities

All products are used at the discretion and risk of the client/customer.

 

Changes to Terms

Habibti Baby reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
