WHAT IS HABIBTI BABY AND WHAT DO WE DO?

Habibti Baby is a baby gifting service that provides surprise Mystery boxes filled with carefully and thoughtfully curated Mama & Baby essentials. Each of our boxes are gift-ready and packed with surprise items, perfect for any soon-to-be Mum or newly postpartum Mum, or simply a gift from you-to-you.

Our boxes are available in:

6 capsule scoop
10 capsule scoop
14 capsule scoop

We also have additional add-ons like our Mystery Gift add-on, which is a HIGHER valued Mama or Baby essential, not on our pre-selected list or in our Random-gift category. Thich is then added to your gift box along with your Mystery items. Find out more here.

We also have some very nice add-on options like a Personalised Baby Crate, with baby's Name or Surname on the front. Your items will then be packed in here instead. Find out more about this add-on here.

This gift box for someone special? Then why not upgrade from our brown packaging box to a beautiful gifting box in your preferred colour, we offer White/Pink/Green. We will then package your items beautifully so you can be confident when gifting it to that special lady and little bean!

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL CAPSULES?

Currently we are only offering 6 capsule, 10 capsule and 14 capsule options, but should the interest arise, we will certainly be open to adding bigger/additional capsule options to our catalog.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE IDEA OF MYSTERY GIFT BOX?

Although Habibti Baby is a Mystery Capsule Scoops by design, we will have ready-to-go themed boxes available soon. Those boxes will look something like this:

CAN I REQUEST ITEMS I WANT/DON'T WANT IN MY BOX?

Because our gifting boxes are a Mystery by design, we do not take requests on items you would or wouldn't like. However should it be a repeat order you are placing, you can then leave a note at checkout for us of the items you would not like a repeat of, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

CAN I REQUEST A BOX FOR A GIRL/BOY?

Yes, you can request a boy/girl specific box. This selection can be made when ordering your desired capsule size. Our boy themed boxes can include blues, greens, dinosaurs etc. Our girl themed boxes can include pinks, purples, florals etc, and our gender neutral boxes can include greys, yellows, clouds or arrows etc.

CAN I REQUEST DIFFERENT SIZE CLOTHING?

At this stage we stock 0-1 month and 0-3 month clothing only, however we are currently working on plans to have Feeder ready baby boxes too, which will include baby safe utensils, feeders, bibs and clothing (to name just a few), so keep an eye out for that addition.

DO WE SUPPLY GIFT BOXES FOR TWINS?

Although we do not have specific gift-ready box for twins, you can pop us an email, and we can work together to curate the perfect box for you.

DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF YOUR PRE-SELECTED CATEGORIES?

We also have our Free two bonus capsule categories for our 10 and 14 capsule boxes, these are our RANDOM PICK category and our HABIBTI PICK category (for more on how these two work check out our HOW IT WORKS page) here.

WHAT ITEMS ARE IN THE RANDOM GIFT CATEGORY?

As the title says, there are randomly curated items in our RANDOM GIFT category, including gender neutral, boy or girl specific items like bows, sets of bibs etc, but also include some essential items like bathtub thermometers, manual breatpump etc. We only stock 1 of each of these items, so do not bank on receiving any item seen in any of our other TIKTOK packing videos.

WHAT ITEMS ARE IN THE MYSTERY GIFT ADD-ON?

Our Mystery Gift add on is exactly that.. A MYSTERY. But essentially our Mystery gift items are higher valued items than those in our pre-selected categories and are designed to make life as a New Mum just a little easier.Some of these items may include for example, Electric Breast Pump, Electric Nasal Aspirator, Portable Paci Steriliser, Portable White Noise Owl, etc. We only stock 1 of each of these items, so do not bank on receiving any item seen in any of our other TIKTOK packing videos.

CAN I REQUEST WHAT MYSTERY GIFT ADD-ON I WANT?

Unfortunately no, as this add-on is designed to be a Mystery, but we also unfortunately only have stock of one of each item curated for this category.

THE FREE PACKING VIDEO ADD-ON, WILL IT AUTOMATICALLY BE POSTED ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS?

As we grow our business, we will on rely various avenues to get our business off the ground, most importantly is always WORD OF MOUTH but second to that will be our Social Media Platforms. Should you NOT want your video posted simply select the NO option under the options menu in the Add-on if you are adding the FREE VIDEO ADD-ON to your order . We can absolutely tag you in your video, we ask only that you help us spread the love by tagging us, sharing your unboxing, leaving us a review, and tagging your friends in our video of your Mystery Scoops and packing.
